Hey!  We have no cut!  Have had up to 30!  We have 9 courts, so that helps.  Also, I have one full time assistant and a couple part timers.  The top 12 girls alternate taking turns with new ones in the group.  For most away matches, I would take top 12 for sure, and then alternate the others so each gets 3-4 road trips.  We have most come in to tennis new in the 9th grade, so we never know who will really take to it.  I also let the less experienced do band, flag team or whatever, until they work up to top 10 or so.
This year only 16 or so....just seems not as many kids want to dedicate to a sport!
