I have always run a no cut program and never had problems with large numbers until last season.  I ended up with 15 last season and it did cause problems with practice instruction.  I never wanted to cut because my first season I had to beg a 6th girl to play so I would have a complete team.  You know most of my girls come out with no tennis knowledge and I am the only coach so I believe it hurt my instruction time as a whole.  WIth the large numbers I would use stations where some girls would serve, some play each other and others doing different skills then they would rotate.
