I do a no cut policy. I have always had a no cut policy.  Unfortunately, in the girls season I never have had the big numbers like I do with the guys.  In the guys season I deal with the bigger #'s just by letting them know up front that everyone will not letter or travel all the time. I only travel with about 10 guys to matches and I choose those 10 buy taking my top 7 and any seniors outside the top 10 and if I have any spots left over I do a rotation with the rest of the players.
