Effect of a Tournament on Weekly Match Limit
Just need some clarity on a tennis rule.
If I want to take my team to a weekend tournament, can I only play 2 matches the week of? And does the tournament equal 2 matches?
Answer: Each match in a tournament counts as one match for the weekly match limit. Teams are allowed to play three matches per week unless they play an additional match on a non-instructional day. If a team played in a tournament (one match on Friday and two matches on Saturday), they could only play one additional match that week.
