Chargers Blank Goldsboro

The Ayden-Grifton Chargers blanked Goldsboro 9-0 in a Carolina Conference men's tennis match on Thursday, April 1st.   The Chargers, coached by Will Tyer, improved to 1-1 in league play and 7-2 overall with the victory.     Goldsboro, coached by Cynthia Cuddington, dropped to 1-1 in league play and overall with the loss.   Eric Sjoerdsma got the Chargers off to a great start with 6-0, 6-0 win at number one singles.
