Bunker Hill downed South Iredell 6-3 on Monday, March 29th in a Catawba Valley Athletic Conference men's tennis match. South Iredell, coached by Jim McCoy, got singles wins from James Leaptrott, Max Rogers, and Ryan Pergarsh to knot the score at 3-3 in singles. Bunker, coached by Doug Watters, swept the doubles to improve to 3-6 in the league and 4-7 overall. Victor Lineberger and Long Chang won a classic 13-11 battle at number two doubles for Bunker Hill.
