Second-Ranked Demons Top Watauga 6-3

Winston-Salem R.J. Reynolds topped Watauga 6-3 in a meeting of 4-A state powers on Thursday, March 4th in Winston-Salem.   The Demons, coached by Brad Fisher, are currently ranked second in the state in 4-A.   Defending 4-A state singles champion Robbie Mudge defeated Watauga's Steve Lake in an outstanding battle at number one.   Harrison Battle and Ryan Schweitzer posted singles wins for Coach Scott  Taylor's Watauga squad.
